SalentoBoats is a marketing and booking service operated by SEO SRL, Via D'Annunzio 13, San Foca (LE), VAT IT05151910758. The boat currently offered, BIN BEL II, is owned by a third party; SEO SRL acts as an intermediary for marketing and booking management.

Data we collect

We only collect the data you send us to request availability: name, email address, preferred date and number of passengers. The availability form does not store data on this website: it opens WhatsApp with a prefilled message that you decide whether to send.

Boat owner and data sharing

To organise the charter, the information you provide is shared with the owner of BIN BEL II, who is the party that directly provides the boat and crew. The owner processes your data only for the purpose of fulfilling the charter and related pre-contractual obligations.

Purpose and legal basis

Data is used exclusively to answer your request and to organise the charter, on the legal basis of pre-contractual measures taken at your request. We do not sell data and we do not use it for profiling.
