Terms and conditions

Conditions applying to bookings made through SalentoBoats, a marketing and booking service operated by SEO SRL. The charter contract for BIN BEL II is concluded directly with the owner of the boat.

Booking

A booking is confirmed once the date is agreed in writing (WhatsApp or email). You book the whole boat for your group, always with the skipper on board: this is a guided tour, not a bareboat rental. The boat is never handed over without its skipper. Maximum 6 passengers.

Contractual relationship

SEO SRL manages the website, advertising and booking requests on behalf of the owner of BIN BEL II. The rental contract, including payment terms and liability, is agreed directly between you and the owner of the boat. SEO SRL is not a party to the charter agreement.

Weather conditions

The skipper decides the route and, for safety reasons, may change or cancel the day if sea conditions require it. In that case you can choose another date or receive a full refund.

On board

Meals are not provided on board: guests may bring their own food and drinks. Guests must follow the skipper's safety instructions at all times.
