Sailing from the marina of San Foca
San Foca, in the municipality of Melendugno, is our home port and the starting point of every trip.
Getting to the berth
The tourist marina is right at the centre of the village, next to the old watchtower. From Lecce it is roughly 25 minutes by car along the provincial road; parking is available a few steps from the pier and boarding takes place directly at the quay.
North or south from here
San Foca sits exactly between the two routes: north towards the Le Cesine reserve and Torre Specchia, south towards Roca Vecchia, Torre dell'Orso and Sant'Andrea. The skipper suggests the better option on the morning of departure, based on wind and sea.
